(Project: Feeding Fido)
As the cost of living prices continue to rise, we understand this has made it difficult to feed your furry loved ones, which is why Elmtree Pet Foundation are proud to announce its latest charitable project, Feeding Fido.
Feeding Fido has been set up to support pet owners in need within North London. Feeding Fido helps people who are struggling to feed their pets, including both dogs and cats. Whether this is because of unemployment, health issues, personal struggles, or low income after retirement or unemployment.
We understand that for many people a much-loved pet can make a huge difference to their happiness and wellbeing, especially if you are lonely or vulnerable. So, Feeding Fido are here to help keep you together! We do this by providing local and regular deliveries of pet food. We have a large range of dry and wet dog/cat feeds available and one of our trained volunteers will deliver this straight to your door.
At present we cover Enfield, Barnet, Southgate, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Hoddesdon, specifically these postcodes: EN1, EN2, EN3, EN4, EN5, EN6, EN7, EN8, N1, N2, N5, N6, N8, N10, N11, N12, N13, N14, N19, N20, N21, N22, NW3, NW1.
Our process is simple – once you fill in our form, one of our team members’ will be in contact to discuss the next steps and your options for delivery. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have about the service, so do get in touch.
Feeding Fido is partly funded through the profits from Elmtree Pet Hotel. However, we also receive generous donations from food manufacturers, supermarkets, plus private donations and people fundraising for us. We are so grateful for the ongoing support that helps us do what we love.
Every donation goes directly to providing meals and supporting our motto helping keep loved ones together. You can donate via our dedicated DonorBox platform on our website. Any donation, big or small, allows us to carry on supporting people and their pets in need. Your money will go directly to funding fortnightly and weekly food donations.
